Rental rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children
7% Maine State Lodging Tax will be applied

Our On-site Rental Trailers are fully stocked with the necessities for your complete camping vacation. These items include:

• Pots & Pans

• Campfire Ring

• Electricity
• Propane
• Cable

In addition to the included items, Deluxe Trailers include:
• Brick Patio
• BBQ Grill
• Family Passes for Paddleboats and Mini-Golf*
(*To receive free passes you must stay 7 consecutive nights. No passes in the off-season or School specials. Cannot combine passes received from Rentals with any other specials.)
IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for rentals of 5 nights or greater. Any rental of 4 nights or fewer must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• No refunds will be given for canceled reservations on any rentals.
• Check-in time is 3:00pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire at the office for availability. At time of check-in a security deposit of $150 will be due for trailers. You may pay your deposit by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. NO CHECKS are accepted at the time of arrival.
• Checkout time is by 11:00am. Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout after inspection of the rental unit.
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in the rental units unless specified.
• NO SMOKING in any rental unit at anytime.
Pet-Friendly Rental Units
We understand that pets have become an important part of many families. Since we are dedicated to family camping, we have some rental units where pets are welcome to stay!

• Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products in cabins.
Select Pet Friendly Trailers are available for an extra $100 / week + tax

(Excludes Memorial Day, Father's Day, Harvest and Columbus Day Weekends)

All of our Rental Trailers and Park Cabins are 50% off the in-season nightly rate! Email or call our office to inquire about pricing.
